About Orihuela Costa

The apartment is located in the nice neighborhood of Lomas de Don Juan, in Orihuela Costa, a coastal area at the Costa Blanca (in the Alicante province in the autonomous region of Valencia). Orihuela Costa’s coastline is 16km long and borders on the seaport town of Torrevieja to the north and the autonomous region of Murcia to the south. This region has a nice sea climate with 300 sunny days per year. In summer, the temperature easily rises beyond 30 degrees, but in winter as well, it fluctuates around 20 degrees.
